Tao is currently the Head of Operations, working closely with the management team to improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization’s mission. Born in Shanghai, China, he currently resides in Queens, New York. Prior to joining the Radius+ team, Tao worked as VP of Operations at LG Fairmont, a tech-enabled real estate brokerage, where he managed the entire company’s operation. Tao’s extensive knowledge of how tech is used to streamline process has led him to fit in easily with the company’s goals. He is constantly looking to increase the effectiveness, efficiency, and excellence of Radius+. During his free time, Tao enjoys working out, playing video games and hanging out with his friends.
